Getting started with Habisci
Habisci is a wellbeing tracker built around one idea: consistent, honest, low-friction logging beats high-effort perfection.
Your first week
- Sign in and accept the consent form. You'll see the Log screen.
- Each day, tap the activity cards that match what you actually did.
- Write a short reflection — private by default.
- After a week, visit Progress to see your habit-strength meter (not a streak — it's forgiving of missed days).
Where things live
- Log — one-tap activity logging.
- Progress — heatmaps, habit strength, domain charts.
- Reflect — daily free-text reflections.
- More (mobile) — goals, nudges, assessments, settings.
