Getting started with Habisci

Habisci is a wellbeing tracker built around one idea: consistent, honest, low-friction logging beats high-effort perfection.

Your first week

  1. Sign in and accept the consent form. You'll see the Log screen.
  2. Each day, tap the activity cards that match what you actually did.
  3. Write a short reflection — private by default.
  4. After a week, visit Progress to see your habit-strength meter (not a streak — it's forgiving of missed days).

Where things live

  • Log — one-tap activity logging.
  • Progress — heatmaps, habit strength, domain charts.
  • Reflect — daily free-text reflections.
  • More (mobile) — goals, nudges, assessments, settings.
