Daily logging

Tap-to-log cards on the dashboard. Every log is tiered as research data (T1) and replays from an offline outbox if you lose connection.

Reflections

Write whatever you want. Private by default — your instructor never sees the text. You can mark a reflection as shared to contribute to your team's anonymous community reflection stream.

Progress

The habit-strength meter is based on a forgiving Loop-style algorithm. Missing one day doesn't reset anything — the meter decays slowly, so consistency over weeks is what counts.

Assessments

Validated wellbeing assessments (e.g. WHO-5) with a retake cooldown between attempts to preserve test-retest validity. Every attempt is preserved — you can see your history.

Goals and nudges

Set personal goals and create nudges for yourself. Your instructor sees only team-level aggregates if k-anonymity is satisfied — never the individual entries.
